1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of BrightLane Advertising, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Agreement

All advertising services provided by BrightLane are subject to individual project agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Any creative assets developed specifically for a project remain the property of BrightLane until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client, subject to the specific terms of the project agreement.

4. Performance Guarantees

While we strive for excellence and use data-backed strategies, we cannot guarantee specific sales figures as market conditions and external platform algorithms are beyond our direct control.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BrightLane Advertising be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
